Worried about fees? Don't be. Our services are completely free for job seekers. We're invested in your long-term career growth in the energy sector, and our compensation comes from the employers, not you. If you are EVER asked to provide payment for our services, it is a scam.
Most Per Se contractors and employees are paid on weekly basis on Fridays. Payroll is processed via direct deposit into your account. Please note: All Union Contractors will be paid on Wednesdays.
Per Sé offers 2 health plan options from a major medical provider (Cigna), as well as MEC (minimum essential coverage) health plan option through ReDirect Health. Per Sé also offers dental, vision, short-term disability and life insurance options, as well as select voluntary coverage. Your contributions towards the cost of benefits are automatically deducted from your paycheck before taxes on a weekly basis. The amount will depend upon the plan you select and if you choose to cover eligible family members. For specific rates, please contact HR@persegroup.com.
Our contracts vary in length depending on our client’s needs and the length of the project they’re working on. We staff contract, contract-to-hire (with the opportunity to potentially become a full-time employee at the conclusion of the contract), and direct-hire roles.
