Our Process

Asking good questions and listening well are at the core of Per Sé Group’s recruiting process. We understand that only by taking time to listen to candidate qualifications and to client expectations will we be effective in making successful connections.

When we screen candidates, we are not just listening for certain pieces of information; we are also listening to you.  Even if the position under discussion is not a fit, we will often get back in touch with you when we have opportunities that match the qualifications and specifications you express.

Client companies submit job opportunities to Per Sé with certain specifications—some negotiable and some non-negotiable. It is our responsibility to carefully review candidates and compare them with the client-specified requirements. The candidate screening process will vary depending on the Per Sé division, the nature of the position, and the client’s specifications.
