This Agreement (“Agreement”) describes the Terms of Use applicable to your (”Employer” or “Job Seeker”) use of DEL Technical Services, Inc. d/b/a Per Sé Group, Inc., (hereinafter “Company”) services available under the domains of www.deltech.com, www.PerSeGroup.com, www.PerSeEnergy.com, www.PerSeTechnical.com, www.PerSeAccounting.com,  and www.PerSeOffice.com (“websites”). If you do not agree to be bound by the Terms of Use, do not use or access Company’s services.

Employer

Services

Company’s Employer services are intended to assist Employers with the identification of Job Seekers for employment with their company.  Employers can utilize Company sites to submit employment opportunities.

Company Jobs

When submitting an employment opportunity on the Company site, a Company sales representative will contact Employer to discuss job order details and terms. Company provides Job Seekers to Employers either on a Contract, Contract-to-Hire, or Direct Hire basis. Company will employ its normal recruiting process in obtaining and presenting qualified job seekers for employment with Employer. Employer’s Job Posting will be advertised on the Company sites for Job Seekers to view without listing your company name. All candidate submittals are through a Company recruiter, and a fee will be applicable according to our Services Agreement or Permanent Placement Agreement for all candidates placed.

Job Seeker

Services

Company’s Job Seeker services are intended to assist Job Seekers with the identification of employment opportunities with Employers. Job Seekers can utilize Company’s sites to view employment opportunities.
