Construction Project Administrator This professional will work closely with the Director of Retail Operations and Retail Project Managers. The ideal candidate will be experienced in Construction Administration and be able to handle a wide range of administrative support tasks. Further, it is our hope that this person is interested in growing professionally over time as the business grows. This candidate will: • Be able to work independently with minimal supervision. • Be comfortable working with technology (i.e. tech savvy). • Be exceedingly well organized, flexible and enjoy the challenges of supporting an office of diverse people. Responsibilities • Project Operations from beginning to end including but not limited to: o Bid Management. o Contract Management (AIA, Owner and Subcontractor). o Creation of Detailed Meeting Minutes. o Change Orders (Owner and Subcontractor). o Track, Manage, Organize Submittals, RFI’s, Drawings, etc. • Effectively communicate and collaborate throughout company departments. • Work in Construction Management software, Microsoft Office and Adobe. Requirements • Proven office management and/or administrative experience. • Ability to multi-task/Excellent time management skills • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies/environments/situations. • Attention to detail and problem solving skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong organizational and planning skills. • Applicant must be experienced in current version of Microsoft Office (specifically Word and Excel), Adobe. • Procore or Construction Management Software a plus. • Understanding of basic construction terminology
