Summary 
Per Se Group is looking for a Project Architect to help support several commercial projects. The Project Architect will handle the most complex projects and be responsible for all project efforts, administrative and technical, to ensure the most efficient and cost-effective execution of assigned projects. 
Responsibilities 

• Serves as primary liaison contact with clients to complete projects on schedule, within budget, and with maximum client satisfaction.
• Works closely with in-house Project Management teams to actively manage client budgets and schedules.
• Provides oversight and monitoring of the work of internal team members as well as consultants.
• Responsible for code review and quality control for assigned projects and assists with these efforts on other projects as needed. 

Preferred Skills and Expertise

• Professional degree in architecture from an accredited program
• Minimum of 7-10 years’ experience
• Licensed Architect
• Provide drafting, detailing, specifications, and modeling support including, but not limited to, design presentations, schematic design, design development, construction documentation, field coordination, and as-built documentation.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit and BIM 360 platform

The pay range for this role is $[48-52/hr. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
