Plant Infrastructure & Support II

Summary:
Per Sé Group is hiring an experienced IT Support Specialist to provide Level 2/3 desktop and laptop support for end users, including executives and plant staff. This role involves onsite IT support, project coordination, client relations, and regular travel to plant locations—primarily in Texas.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide advanced PC/LAN support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and printing issues.
  • Act as main onsite IT contact for communications, projects, and support.
  • Install, configure, move, and retire desktop/laptop systems.
  • Manage tickets, update documentation, and ensure asset tracking.
  • Support video conferencing, user setups, software installations, and IT projects.
  • Coordinate with technical teams and site admins for location-specific needs.
  • Follow safety protocols and plant outage procedures.
  • Travel frequently to plant sites; occasional overtime and weekend work required.

Preferred Skills and Expertise

  • Proficient in Windows 10/11, Office 365, VPN (Cisco AnyConnect), MS Teams, and Outlook.
  • Familiar with Dell, Lenovo, and network printers; Apple devices a plus.
  • Strong communication skills; ability to work independently.
  • Experience with Intune/MEM, remote tools, and technical documentation.
  • Microsoft certifications (MCP, MCSE) preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.

The pay range for this role is $31 – $33/hour. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. (The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire and schedule type).
