Per Sé Group is hiring a Facilities Supervisor to oversee operations at a decommissioned industrial site. This role is responsible for ensuring the safety, maintenance, and operational readiness of the facility, including coordinating with tenants, managing contractors, and performing inspections.. The Facilities Supervisor will also play a key role in emergency response, safety compliance, and site security.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for site tenants, maintaining strong internal and external relationships.

• Perform routine inspections of the plant and plant property, reporting observations to plant management.

• Respond to emergencies calmly and take corrective actions aligned with safety and industry standards.

• Generate maintenance orders.

• Manage and maintain technical records including drawings, specifications, and test logs.

• Troubleshoot, procure parts, and perform minor equipment repairs.

• Maintain tool inventories and ensure availability of necessary supplies.

• Participate in preventive, planned, and breakdown maintenance activities.

• Safely handle, store, and monitor hazardous substances and waste accumulation areas.

• Assist in facility fire response using portable fire extinguishers.

• Support site security by patrolling perimeter fences and inspecting locks.

• Perform routine housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Preferred Skills and Expertise:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

• Knowledge of standard maintenance procedures and safe working practices.

• Skilled in using both hand and power tools.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience as a property manager for an apartment complex or industrial property.

The pay range for this role is $35-$42.50/hour. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
