Job Summary

Per Se Group has an exciting opportunity for you to be able to work for an organization that offers construction management for custom, distinctive, one-of a kind properties with an opportunity to progress to Project Manager or Project Engineer.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in review and evaluation of design documents
  • Assist with monitoring project conformance to plans, specifications, and applicable standards
  • Understand the project schedule and work to ensure on-time completion from the design and construction teams
  • Monitor construction activities in the field and perform site inspections
  • Provide support to update weekly and monthly reports on planning, design, and construction activities
Preferred Skills & Experience 
  • Must be professional, reliable, and responsive to client needs
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and trustworthiness
  • Creative and robust problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and Excel required. Some proficiency in Bluebeam, Procore, or other web-based project management tools strongly desired
  • A BS degree required preferably in Construction Management, Architecture, or Engineering
  • 3+ years of relatable experience or training preferably in residential projects
