Summary

As an Administrative Clerk, you will handle a variety of clerical tasks. You will be an important part of the administrative team and your MS Office and SAP skills will fulfill a need for a company in the energy utility industry. You will work as a contract employee onsite.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and prepare data and reports
  • Plan, conduct and supervise administrative projects, may serve as project leader
  • Track and communicate data with all levels of employees
  • Maintain extremely confidential documents
  • Assist with budget
  • Compile and record data in compliance with company policies
  • Serve as a quality control point of department data and records
  • Receive and direct calls
  • Prepare group materials and correspondence
  • Resolve routine questions and problems
  • Order and maintain various supplies for the department
  • Data entry, handle mail, process orders
  • Serve as a backup to other clerks within the department

Preferred Skills and Expertise

  • Five (5) years directly related experience. Valid State Driver’s License.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to relate effectively to diverse individuals at all levels
  • Well-developed computer and data management skills
  • Able to construct and utilize project plans and timelines to organize and manage administrative projects
  • Knowledge of and ability to use office equipment such as calculator, fax machine, copier, etc
