As a Corporate Recruiter, you will have the responsibility of attracting and selecting the top talent for a diverse, globally recognizable international machinery company. Your knowledge of sourcing and recruiting, as well as your general knowledge of Talent Acquisition practices and policies will allow you to shape our client’s future workforce as a valued member of the Human Resources Team. Responsibilities
- Recruit top talent by sourcing, and conducting interviews
- Coordinate the recruitment process
- Track applications and scheduling interviews
- Partner with managers to determine requirements for various positions
- Maintain contacts with and travel to schools, universities, military career fairs, etc around the US
- Assist in other HR functions as needed
Preferred Skills and Experience
- 2 – 4 years of talent acquisition / recruiting experience
- Knowledge of HR laws, practices and policies around hiring / recruiting
- Ability to travel occasionally to career fairs / hiring events around the US
