Summary

As a Document and Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for collecting and communicating data with stakeholders and contractors for a Renewable Energy Company. You will work as a contractor employee to help advance our client’s mission of delivering high-quality renewable energy to their customers.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with internal stakeholder and contractor to resolve data discrepancies
  • Prepare Excel spreadsheets
  • Provide engineering and construction document quality control and logistics
  • Take meeting minutes and provide meeting summaries

Preferred Skills and Expertise

  • 4 years of data entry experience
  • Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
  • Detail oriented and accurate
  • Excellent communication skills, and good judgement in dealing with internal and external contacts
