Summary
As an Office Administrator for a reputable commercial HVAC company, you will be a key player on a growing team, helping to assist clients and route incoming calls, create travel arrangements and itineraries, and facilitate clear and effective communication between the field service team, clients, and in-office staff. You will utilize your outstanding customer service skills and ability to organize and coordinate multiple daily tasks and responsibilities to maintain excellent client relationships. This is a full-time day shift position with great benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, and long-term stability with a friendly and professional team!

Responsibilities
•    Enter receipts for executive expense reports; maintain company files; and communicate with vendors and order parts for customers.
•    Disseminate installation manuals as needed.
•    Record and forward information from callers for parts requests and bid requests; create parts quotes for customers; pack and ship correspondence and products to customers and vendors; and assist with customer event planning.
•     Receive and route incoming deliveries to appropriate staff members; facilitate ordering for and lunch and learns, office lunches; and other events; maintain organization of kitchen and office storage areas, etc.

Preferred Skills and Expertise
•    High school diploma or Associates degree
•    Ability to quickly learn job-related information on parts and service to efficiently communicate with clients.
•    Experience with standard office software and equipment.
