Responsibilities
- Attend weekly OAC meetings and project related meetings
- Take meeting minutes of design, construction, and OAC meetings as requested
- Review all minutes prepared by others and compile edits to support accurate project record keeping
- Prepare draft of weekly client report to report on project progress
- Inspect site before and/or after OAC meetings
- Photograph on-going site progress, including photos at critical intervals
- Create, distribute, review and approve punch list items for assigned projects
- Prepare closeout documents
- Oversee document management for projects
- Maintain directory, current drawings and specifications, working knowledge of documents, RFIs, submittals contents and status within the database
- Track and advance RFIs and submittals
- Project financial reporting acumen
- Review and track pay applications, change orders, and invoices to ensure alignment with scope of services
- Track waivers of lien to avoid potential financial disputes
- Driven and motivated construction professional with 3-4 years experience, residential construction experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including ability to explain complex consepts in simple, clear terms
- Experience working in a team environment, supporting colleagues as necessary including problem solving, researching, and synthesizing information
- Microsoft Office; ProCore
