Per Se Group has a great opportunity for a qualified turnaround construction coordinator to work with our premier oil and gas refinery client in Wisconsin. In this role you will utilize your construction supervision skills and experience to compile turnover packages and progress system documentation to completion across multiple work fronts. You will play a key role in ensuring Commissioning and Start-Up (CSU) activities are executed safely, efficiently, and according to prescribed guidelines. You will enjoy working with a dynamic and supportive team that puts safety first and values initiative, cooperation, and communication! Responsibilities
- Update CSU Schedule activities and timelines based on precedent and current turnover schedules and provide input to resource-loaded two-week lookahead schedule for CSU activities
- Work with construction contract supervision to populate completion and Pre-Start Safety Review checklists and develop punch lists - follow up to completion
- Audit Turnover Documentation status in support of meeting turnover deadlines and review Documentation Audits from CSU Completions Team
- Follow up with construction contractor supervision on completion items
- Assist with CSU Reporting
Preferred Skills and Expertise
- Construction oversight of contractors and subcontractors, preferably as an Owner’s Rep.
- A minimum of 10 years' experience in commissioning and start-up supervision.
- Project Management experience is a plus.
- Skilled with using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and meet deadlines, budget parameters, and scope of work expectations.
- Excellent communication and personnel management skills.
- Knowledge of refinery construction processes and standards.
