Summary 
Per Se Group is seeking a BIM Manager to join our team. The BIM Manager will be responsible for leading BIM strategy, implementation, and execution across active projects, while maintaining a hands-on role in Revit production and model management.
Responsibilities 

• Develop, implement, and maintain BIM/Revit standards, protocols, and best practices across all Avison Young project work.
• Manage cross-disciplinary BIM coordination efforts, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and integration of models.
• Lead clash detection, model audits, and quality control processes.
• Collaborate with design and project teams to produce and refine 3D models for design, documentation, and coordination.
• Supervise, mentor, and provide daily direction to the BIM Coordinator, conducting regular quality checks.

 
Preferred Skills and Expertise? 

• 5–8 years of experience in BIM management or advanced Revit modeling roles.
• Demonstrated ability to lead BIM workflows across multiple concurrent interior fit-out projects.
• Expert-level proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and related visualization software.
• Experience working on corporate office interiors, commercial design, or architectural projects.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems and how they integrate within building models.
