Summary
Per Se Group is seeking an IT Helpdesk Support Specialist to work with our premier oil & gas client. This is a temporary contract role scheduled to last from September through December. Our client is looking for someone to provide outstanding customer service and desktop support, utilizing a robust set of IT skills. This is an on-site job scheduled from 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities and Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of related work experience is required.
• Basic computer skills, decision-making, analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with others, both written and verbal communication.
• Special training in A+ and Network + or MCDST, MCP, and HDI are preferred.

The compensation range for this role is $22-$25/hour. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
