About the Role
We are seeking a reliable Spotter / General Laborer to support tradesmen during the construction of an electrical room at a carbon-capture facility in Arlington, OR. This position plays a critical role in maintaining a safe and efficient work environment by providing general labor support and actively spotting for potential safety hazards.
Key Responsibilities

• Act as a dedicated spotter to help maintain safe working distances around equipment, tools, and active work zones
• Monitor surroundings and communicate clearly with equipment operators and tradesmen
• Provide general labor assistance, including material handling, site cleanup, and task support as directed
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace
• Follow all site safety rules, procedures, and reporting requirements
• Assist tradesmen and supervisors with additional duties as needed

Qualifications

• Prior construction or industrial experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to perform physical labor in varying weather conditions
• Strong communication skills and awareness of surroundings
• Commitment to following safety procedures at all times
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as required
