Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Inside Sales Representative to support our service sales operations and help drive revenue growth. In this role, you will connect with existing customers, generate new sales opportunities, prepare quotes, and support the overall sales process. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with customers, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls and emails to existing customers to generate new service opportunities

Follow up on leads provided by field service technicians

Prepare, send, and follow up on quotations to close sales

Log all sales activities, notes, and updates in the CRM system

Conduct virtual product or service demonstrations when needed

Process orders by submitting accurate information to the operations team

Meet weekly and monthly service revenue targets

Qualifications:

2+ years of Inside Sales experience (required)

Experience selling services or parts in the manufacturing/industrial field is a plus

Strong phone communication skills and confidence making a high volume of calls

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word

Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Jira, or similar) is preferred

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize

Positive, energetic attitude with a strong work ethic

Schedule & Pay:

$20 per hour

35 hours per week

Monday–Friday schedule (no nights, no weekends)
