P6 Project Scheduler | Stop updating schedules nobody follows.

If you’re the kind of scheduler who sees problems weeks before everyone else does, this is your kind of project.

We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just update Primavera schedules, they use them to keep major power construction projects moving. When field conditions change, contractors fall behind, or priorities shift, you’re the person everyone looks to because you already saw it coming.

What you’ll be doing

• Build and maintain Primavera P6 schedules for large-scale fossil power construction projects.
• Work directly with project managers, engineers, and field teams to keep schedules aligned with reality.
• Analyze critical path, float, milestones, and productivity to identify issues before they become delays.
• Produce schedule updates, forecasts, and executive reporting that leadership actually uses.
• Support resource planning and understand how schedule impacts cost and project performance.
• Help drive successful execution on projects valued at $50M and above.
• Use P6 daily, with Ecosys experience being a strong advantage.

What you get

• $80–87/hour
• $800/week per diem
• Standard IRS mileage for mobilization and demobilization
• Long-term contract through July 2027
• 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM schedule

Who you are

You don’t build schedules because someone asked you to.

You build them because you like understanding how a project actually works.

You ask questions. You challenge assumptions. You know the difference between a schedule that’s technically complete and one the field can actually execute.

You’ve successfully scheduled large, complex construction projects-ideally in power generation or another heavy industrial environment, and you’re confident in Primavera P6. If you’ve worked with Ecosys and understand cost controls, even better.
