ou know the difference between a schedule that looks good on paper and one that actually keeps a project moving.

This is a chance to step into a role where your P6 expertise has a real seat at the table. You’ll work directly with project teams, trade partners, and operations leaders to build the schedules that guide major commercial construction projects from planning through completion.

What you’ll do:

• Build and maintain detailed Primavera P6 schedules that teams actually use to execute work
• Lead planning sessions with project teams and trade partners to create realistic project timelines
• Analyze progress, identify risks, and recommend recovery plans before delays become bigger problems
• Review design, procurement, and construction milestones to keep projects aligned
• Provide schedule updates, forecasts, and reporting that give leadership a clear picture of project health
• Perform schedule analysis, including time impact analyses and change evaluations
• Help improve scheduling processes and share your expertise through internal training

Compensation is $140,000–$170,000/year, with the opportunity to work on challenging commercial construction projects and collaborate with teams across the organization. Travel to project sites is part of the role, giving you visibility into the work you’re helping plan.

Who you are:

You’re someone who understands construction sequencing, knows how to build a schedule that reflects reality, and can communicate clearly with everyone from project managers to trade partners. You’re comfortable digging into details, asking the right questions, and pushing teams toward better planning.

You have strong Primavera P6 experience, understand construction project controls, and enjoy being the person others rely on when the plan needs to come together.
