Solar Technician I

Per Sé Group is seeking a Solar Technician I to support the operation and maintenance of a utility-scale solar PV facility. Working alongside experienced technicians, you’ll gain hands-on experience maintaining, troubleshooting, servicing, and repairing the equipment that keeps a solar power plant operating safely and efficiently.

If solar PV, electrical troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, inverters, electrical safety, and O&M are already familiar—or you have the technical aptitude and desire to learn them—we should talk.

What You’ll Do

• Assist experienced technicians with solar PV maintenance, troubleshooting, service, and repair activities.
• Perform technical and administrative duties associated with operating and maintaining a power generation facility.
• Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Ensure work is performed in accordance with environmental, health, and safety requirements.
• Participate in hands-on and formal technical development, including On-the-Job Training (OJT), self-study, computer-based training, and classroom training.
• Perform additional duties necessary to support safe and reliable facility operations.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who brings mechanical or electrical aptitude, a strong commitment to safety, a willingness to learn, and an interest in building technical expertise in the renewable energy industry.

Previous solar, electrical, power generation, industrial maintenance, or related technical experience is valuable, but this is a Technician I opportunity designed for someone who is still developing their skills and experience.
