Big Power Plant Upgrades Need More Than a Plan. They Need Someone Who Can Bring It All Together.

Integrating multiple project scopes into scheduled plant outages, ensuring materials, contractors, and engineering deliverables are ready for execution.
-
Providing onsite project management during outages, resolving execution challenges, monitoring progress, and coordinating commissioning and turnover.
What You Bring

Ability to coordinate mechanical, electrical, controls, and construction activities across multiple contractors and stakeholders.
