You’ve spent years around industrial electrical construction. You know what happens when engineering plans meet real-world field conditions, and you know how to keep the work moving when things don’t go as planned.

Now imagine putting that experience to work on a long-term power plant construction project where your field knowledge, coordination skills, and ability to solve problems actually matter.

We’re looking for an Electrical Coordinator in Harrah, Oklahoma, for an opportunity offering $70/hour, $800/week in per diem, and a project currently scheduled through August 2032.

What you’ll do:

  • Coordinate electrical construction activities across a major power generation facility.
  • Oversee contractors, subcontractors, manpower, materials, and daily field execution.
  • Work with switchgear, transformers, MCCs, motors, and industrial power distribution systems.
  • Review electrical drawings, resolve installation conflicts, and coordinate solutions with engineering teams.
  • Monitor construction schedules, budgets, and progress to keep milestones on track.
  • Verify installations meet NEC, NFPA 70E, OSHA, and applicable quality standards.
  • Coordinate inspections, testing, and electrical construction closeout activities.

What you get:

  • $70/hour with a 50-hour workweek.
  • $800/week in per diem, paid weekly.
  • Mobilization reimbursement at the standard IRS mileage rate, with demobilization reimbursement upon successful completion.
  • PTO and holiday pay eligibility.
  • Long-term project opportunity, currently scheduled through August 2032.
  • The chance to use your electrical field experience in a construction coordination role.

Who you are:

You’re someone who understands industrial electrical construction because you’ve been close to the work.

Maybe you started as an electrician and moved into supervision, field coordination, or construction leadership.

You bring at least 5 years of industrial electrical construction experience, preferably in power generation, utilities, or heavy industrial facilities. You understand electrical safety, can read drawings, and know how to keep contractors accountable without slowing the job down.

Most importantly, you know how to spot problems before they become expensive delays.

Interested in hearing more?

Let’s have a conversation about the project, the team, and whether this opportunity makes sense for your next move. No commitment needed.
