*Refer a new candidate, who is placed in a position by Per Sé, and receive $500 when they've completed their first 240 hours on assignment or 30 days in a direct hire position. A new candidate is defined as an individual who is not currently in Per Sé’s database and may only be referred by one (1)individual. Should a referral be submitted more than once, Per Sé will honor the first referring party only.
A referred candidate must start an assignment within six (6) months of referral submission. If you are an employee at the time of bonus payout, your bonus will be paid on your next regular check. If you’re not an employee at the time of bonus payout, you will be asked to fill out a W9 form and be issued a separate bonus check. For direct hire referrals, the client must have paid their invoice for the referral bonus to be paid. Bonuses are taxable. 1099s are only issued if annual referrals exceed $600. PerSé reserves the right to deny bonus payments to any individual who engages in inappropriate conduct related to this program. Per Sé reserves the right to change, modify, or terminate this plan at any time.
