Erik started with Per Se Group in 2015 and served as the Director of Business Development before assuming the role of Vice President of Operations. Erik brings +15 years of experience in the staffing industry, and a passion around the personal and professional development of others to help achieve their goals. Throughout his career, he has been a champion in recruitment strategies, sales development, cultural optimization and operations execution. Erik is responsible for the overall health and profitability of the organization including sales, recruitment, and operations management.
Erik and his family reside in Wheaton, IL. Him and his wife have three young, active children, including boy/girl twins. He’s a devoted Dad, who spends much of his free time coaching his kids sports and playing competitive Tennis.
