Chris has +20 years of experience in the staffing industry, guiding people through one of the most important aspects of their lives… their career. Chris is dedicated to building a results-oriented company, with an exceptional culture where people can achieve both their personal and professional goals. His leadership style is focused on making a positive impact with a people-first mindset. Chris has lead Per Se to significant growth in the Energy and Industrial segments by assembling an incredible leadership team and implementing forward-thinking technology.
Chris developed a passion for business in high school, after starting and growing a landscape company to well over 500 customers. After receiving a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Northern Illinois University, Chris spent time working on projects in the residential and commercial construction sectors.
Chris and his wife enjoy spending most of their weekends watching their three boys play hockey, while trying to keep them out of trouble. Chris is a private pilot, and enjoys spending any free time he has at a high altitude.
