Jason joined Per Se in 2018, and comes with over 12 years of experience in the staffing and recruiting industry. He has worked in all aspects of the industry including Recruitment, Business Development, Back office operations and Technology. His passion for technology and creating staffing efficiencies led to a specialization in recruitment technology in 2010 and as the Director of Technology he is currently leading the Per Se team through a strategic digital transformation to improve the speed and efficiency of the entire recruiting process.
