Summary 
Per Se Group is seeking a Senior Designer to lead corporate interior fit-outs and select mixed-use projects for a leading commercial real estate firm. This role requires proven experience designing large-scale commercial office spaces (20,000+ SF), strong conceptual and technical skills, and expert proficiency in Revit.
Responsibilities 

• Collaborate with clients, project managers, and consultants to deliver innovative, functional designs
• Create design concepts, space plans, and presentation materials that align with client goals
• Produce detailed construction drawings and coordinated design packages in Revit
• Specify finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories within project constraints
• Coordinate design intent with architectural, engineering, and construction teams
• Attend client and coordination meetings as needed

Preferred Skills and Expertise

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
• 7–10 years of experience designing commercial office interiors
• Proven track record on projects 20,000 SF or larger
• Expert proficiency in Revit (AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite a plus)
• Strong skills in space planning, material specification, and commercial building codes

The pay range for this role is $45-50/hr. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
