Position Overview:
As the Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll take ownership of leading a team responsible for daily maintenance operations across electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical, and facility systems. You’ll ensure a safe, compliant, and efficient work environment while driving collaboration and high-performance among your team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance activities, including troubleshooting and repairs across a wide range of systems and equipment

• Lead the department’s safety initiatives, ensuring full adherence to company safety standards and cultivating a culture of safety awareness

• Promote a collaborative, team-oriented environment, encouraging open communication and collective problem-solving among maintenance staff

• Ensure that maintenance practices support environmental compliance and sustainability goals

• Help design, implement, and maintain an effective Preventative Maintenance and Parts Inventory program to reduce downtime and extend equipment life

• Monitor equipment performance and proactively identify critical repair needs to maximize machine reliability and uptime
