The Civil Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Analyst is responsible 
for supporting the development of technical and cost proposals for 
public-private partnership (P3) civil infrastructure projects. This role 
involves analyzing RFP documents, engineering designs, and 
commercial terms to define the scope of maintenance work, 
identify project risks, and produce competitive cost models. The 
analyst will contribute to high-value bids for highways, bridges, rail, 
and other infrastructure assets across North America
