Job Details

The candidate should have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil, Structural or Geotechnical Engineering from an accredited school of engineering. Candidate must be a Registered Professional Engineer (PE) or have their FE/EIT with the ability to obtain their PE. Candidate must also be proficient in AutoCad.

Job Requirements:

· Ability to perform the structural design and analysis of retaining wall systems

· Ability to develop accurate wall layouts and details based off of customer supplied contract plans

· Perform conceptual and detailed design calculations and analyses

· Assist with the preparation of detailed engineering reports and supporting documents

· Prepare construction drawings, specifications and cost estimates

· Resolve technical issues and interface with other engineering disciplines

· Perform other related duties as assigned

Education/Skills/Experience:

· Minimum of a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil, Structural or Geotechnical Engineering from an accredited school of engineering.

· Registered Professional Engineer (PE) or FE/EIT with the ability to obtain PE

· Must have a clear understanding of AutoCAD

· Excellent writing and communication skills
