Summary 
Per Se Group is looking for an On-Site HR Coordinator to be the go-to resource for all things people-related at our project site. In this role, you’ll work side-by-side with the Site Manager, contractors, and the broader HR team to make sure our operations run smoothly, and our people are supported from day one. If you’re organized, proactive, and enjoy being at the center of the action, this could be the perfect fit.
Responsibilities 

  • Be the primary HR contact on site, partnering closely with the Site Manager and leadership team.
  • Coordinate seamless onboarding for employees and contractors, ensuring training, certifications, and equipment are in place before they step on site.
  • Keep communication flowing between HR, contractors, and the site team to support daily operations.
  • Maintain accurate personnel records and track compliance with all site requirements.
  • Organize schedules, travel, and logistics for new hires and visitors.

Preferred Skills and Expertise

  • 3+ years of experience in HR coordination, site administration, or a related role (experience in renewable energy, construction, or industrial projects is a plus).
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities without missing a beat.
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with HRIS systems.

The pay range for this role is $24-27/hr. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. (The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire and schedule type).
