Summary

Per Se Group is looking for an experienced safety professional to join our client’s operations team as a Safety Manager. As a trusted partner to our client’s crews, you’ll champion a “safe production” mindset, coaching and problem-solving to ensure seamless daily operations. Responsibilities

* Collaborate with supervision and craft to plan and execute daily work, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
* Develop and implement effective safety protocols, including SSSP, JHAs/JSAs, orientations, and toolbox talks.
* Oversee high-risk wind tasks, such as working at heights, rescue readiness, crane & rigging/lift plans, and electrical/mechanical LOTO.
* Establish and maintain exclusion zones, road and pad controls, and traffic plans during disassembly and hauling.
* Track key safety indicators, drive corrective actions, and report progress to site leadership.
* Coordinate incident response, root-cause analysis, and practical corrective actions.
* Support environmental compliance, including spill kits, waste streams, and required permits.
* Foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders through consistent communication and fair expectations.

Qualifications

* 3+ years of construction/industrial safety experience, with some wind experience (decom/repower/O&M) or experience in oil & gas construction.
* Excellent communication and coaching skills, with a proven ability to influence outcomes.
* Demonstrated knowledge of fall protection/rescue, LOTO, and crane/rigging fundamentals.
* OSHA 30 (Construction) and First Aid/CPR/AED certifications required; GWO BST/Working at Heights certification preferred.
* Proficiency with basic reporting tools (Microsoft 365 or similar) and simple data tracking.
* Valid driver’s license and ability to work outdoors and climb as needed.

The pay range for this role is $60/hr. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
