Summary
Per Se Group is seeking a motivated Assistant Project Manager to support the delivery of high-end commercial interior and mixed-use projects. This role involves hands-on work across preconstruction, budgeting, scheduling, and client coordination, offering excellent growth potential within a collaborative team environment.
Responsibilities

• Prepare project budgets, estimates, and schedules.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and consultants to meet project goals.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and other project documentation.
• Support value engineering, cost control, and client communication efforts.
• Contribute to proposals, presentations, and project pursuits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–6 years of commercial construction or project management experience.
• Proficiency in Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, or related tools.
• Strong communication, organization, and client service skills.
• Experience in corporate interiors or tenant improvement projects preferred.

The pay range for this role is $50-60/hr. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
