Summary

Per Sé Group is seeking an Inside Sales Representative for our client, North America’s premier supplier and servicer of lasers, EDMs, press brakes and fabrication and milling equipment.? Founded in 1978, our client has more than 430 employees in North America and is a part of a global corporation, serving industries including aerospace, automotive, mold and die, job shops, medical and energy.? In this role, you will support our client’s service sales operations and help drive revenue growth. You will connect with existing customers, generate new sales opportunities, prepare quotes, and support the overall sales process. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with customers, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities
 

• Make outbound calls and emails to existing customers to generate new service opportunities
• Follow up on leads provided by field service technicians
• Prepare, send, and follow up on quotations to close sales
• Log all sales activities, notes, and updates in the CRM system
• Conduct virtual product or service demonstrations when needed
• Process orders by submitting accurate information to the operations team
• Meet weekly and monthly service revenue targets

Qualifications
 

• 2+ years of Inside Sales experience (required)
• Experience selling services or parts in the manufacturing/industrial field is a plus
• Strong phone communication skills and confidence making a high volume of calls
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
• Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Jira, or similar) is preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
• Positive, energetic attitude with a strong work ethic

Schedule & Pay
 

• 35 hours per week
• Monday–Friday schedule (no nights, no weekends)
