Senior Marketing Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager to spearhead our marketing efforts. This role is pivotal in driving growth by developing and executing strategies that align with our business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of implementing successful projects independently or with a team. They will also have strong writing skills, experience developing and executing successful marketing campaigns, an eye for compelling creatives, a deep understanding of market research and analytics, and strong leadership skills. 

Accountabilities: 
Strategy and Planning 

  • Market research to identify opportunities and trends in the industry 
  • Develop and execute marketing strategy 
Brand and Innovation 
  • Develop and maintain brand identity, messaging and positioning. 
  • Support company innovation initiatives 
Customer Marketing & Lead Generation 
  • Implement and continuously optimize lead generation engine for Business Development and Recruiting 
  • Lead digital, traditional and content marketing efforts.  
Projects & Campaigns 
  • Project planning, execution and management 
  • Project evaluation and reporting 
Requirements: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field 
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills in a B2B or B2C environment. 
  • Proficiency in lead generation tactics, including inbound marketing, content marketing, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media. 
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM systems. 
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data to inform strategic decisions.

Salary & Benefits:
In compliance with this state’s pay transparency laws, the pay range for this role is $80,000 - $100,000/yr and may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
