Jim joined Per Sé in 2019 to lead the Back Office organization- including Finance, Accounting and Human Resources. He draws on a broad, multi-industry background in staffing, energy, technology and education to enhance operational efficiency and governance. A registered CPA, Jim holds a B.A. from the University of Iowa and an M.B.A. from Lewis University. He embodies Per Se’s “Live to Win” culture code:

A native of Downers Grove, Illinois, Jim and his wife are proud parents of a son and twin daughters. Outside of the office, he pursues his passion for the outdoors – particularly backpacking and mountaineering- whenever time permits.
