If you enjoy leading strategy, mentoring estimators, and helping shape projects from concept through turnover, this is the kind of role where your experience carries real influence.

You’ll spend your time leading the entire preconstruction process – from conceptual budgeting and design development through bid day and project turnover. You’ll guide estimators, review subcontractor proposals, identify constructability and scheduling risks, develop value engineering solutions, and work closely with owners, architects, engineers, and operations to position projects for success. You’ll also help improve estimating processes, implement technology enhancements, and contribute to long-term departmental strategy.
