Per Sé Group is working with an established commercial construction company in Wisconsin looking for a Project Manager who understands what it takes to deliver projects from the first estimate through final closeout.

What you’ll take ownership of:

• Lead ground-up commercial construction projects from preconstruction through completion and final payment.
• Build and manage project schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts.
• Coordinate directly with owners, architects, engineers, superintendents, and subcontractors.
• Review drawings, specifications, bids, and subcontractor scopes to keep projects moving.
• Manage RFIs, change orders, subcontractor agreements, and project documentation using Procore.
• Partner with field superintendents to coordinate jobsite activities, safety, quality, and construction progress.
• Keep multiple projects moving while maintaining strong relationships with clients and project partners.

Who you’ll be successful here:

You’re an experienced commercial construction Project Manager who understands ground-up construction and knows how to balance schedules, budgets, people, and competing priorities.

You’ve managed multiple commercial projects, understand how general contractors operate, and can communicate confidently with everyone from field crews to building owners.

Experience with Procore, MS Project, or similar construction management tools will serve you well. Design-build experience is a plus.
