You know there’s more to architecture than producing drawings and handing them off. You want to understand what the client is trying to accomplish, solve the design challenges, and stay involved when those ideas become real buildings.

Per Sé Group is looking for an experienced Project Architect in Oconomowoc, WI, for a direct-hire opportunity offering $130,000–$150,000 annually.

This is an opportunity to work closely with clients, engineers, and construction teams throughout the building process.

What you’ll do:

• Work directly with clients to understand their vision, priorities, budgets, and project goals.
• Turn early concepts into sketches, design options, and detailed architectural plans.
• Use Revit to develop and coordinate construction documents, drawings, and specifications.
• Coordinate architectural designs with structural, electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems.
• Present designs to clients, planning commissions, zoning boards, and other approval authorities.
• Partner with project managers and superintendents to resolve design questions, field changes, and construction challenges.
• Stay involved through construction, helping ensure the finished building reflects the original design intent.

Who you are:

You’re the architect who can translate a client’s rough idea into a design that makes sense on paper and in the field.

You’re highly proficient in Revit, understand how building systems come together, and know how to balance design intent with budgets and constructability.

You bring a bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Studies and the confidence to manage multiple projects while working closely with clients and construction teams.
