Jim joined Per Se in 2019, overseeing all of the Back Office team including finance, accounting, and HR. departments. He brings experience from multiple industries including staffing, energy, technology, and education. Jim is a CPA who earned his B.A. from the University of Iowa and his M.B.A. from Lewis University. Jim particularly identifies with Per Se's Live to Win culture code, "I think it’s important in life to set goals and strive to meet them whether it’s in business or personally. Winning in this regard doesn’t necessarily mean someone else is losing."
A native of Downers Grove, IL, Jim spends most of his free time with his wife, son, and twin daughters. He uses every opportunity he gets to spend time outdoors, particularly backpacking and climbing mountains.
