Summary 
Per Se Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful execution of two concurrent interior build-out projects as part of our growing Design/Build Interiors team. This is a high-visibility, hands-on leadership role ideal for a project manager who thrives in dynamic environments, balances multiple stakeholders, and is highly organized and detail-oriented.
Responsibilities 

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and project stakeholders.
• Lead the design/build process including early programming, budgeting, and design coordination.
• Oversee MEP coordination, procurement, schedules, and subcontractor management.
• Manage multiple project timelines concurrently, ensuring each stays on track with milestone deliverables.
• Lead weekly OAC (Owner/Architect/Contractor) meetings, issue meeting minutes, and manage action items. 

Preferred Skills and Expertise? 

• 5–10 years of experience in commercial interior construction project management, preferably in a design/build environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex commercial interiors projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems, construction sequencing, and subcontractor coordination.
• Experience with manufacturing environments and/or high-design office interiors is strongly preferred.
