Most preconstruction roles stop at the estimate. This one starts there.

If you’re the person clients trust to answer the hard questions before a shovel ever hits the ground, this is the kind of role that gives you a bigger seat at the table. You’ll help shape projects from concept through construction, working alongside design, workplace strategy, project delivery, and executive stakeholders to keep scope, schedule, and budget moving in the same direction.

You’ll spend your time leading client conversations, building conceptual and progressive budgets, developing pre-contract pricing, managing RFPs and subcontractor bidding, reviewing drawings for constructability and budget alignment, coordinating design and delivery teams, preparing executive-level project updates, and protecting project profitability from the earliest planning stages through handoff. You’ll also mentor Assistant Project Managers while helping improve internal preconstruction processes across multiple concurrent projects throughout the tri-state area.
