If you’ve managed Walmart projects, understand Lucernex and Coupa, and know how to keep fast-moving retail construction on schedule, you’ll step into a role where that experience is immediately valued – not something you’ll have to explain.

Here’s where you’ll make an impact. You’ll manage Walmart projects from preconstruction through closeout, balancing estimating, budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and client communication. You’ll own multiple projects at once while working with teams that understand the pace and expectations of retail construction.

What you’ll be doing includes developing conceptual budgets and competitive estimates, reviewing drawings and specifications, performing quantity takeoffs, leveling subcontractor bids, managing project schedules and budgets, coordinating procurement, tracking RFIs, submittals and change orders, communicating with Walmart representatives and project stakeholders, and driving projects through successful completion while maintaining profitability.
