You’ll provide onsite engineering support for commissioning, relay protection, outage planning, equipment evaluations, and field troubleshooting at the Constellation Antelope Valley Solar Ranch in Lancaster, CA. This is a high-impact, hands-on assignment supporting one of California’s premier renewable energy facilities alongside Sargent & Lundy.

We’re looking for experienced electrical field engineers with:

• 8+ years of commissioning, protection & controls, or power systems experience
• Utility-scale solar, substation, or power generation experience
• Strong relay protection and high-voltage switching knowledge
• Ability to read one-lines, protection schematics, and electrical drawings
• Experience solving problems in the field—not just from the office

Assignment Highlights

• Location: Lancaster, CA (Onsite)
• Duration: 3-month contract with extension potential
• Schedule: 40 hours/week
• Per Diem: $250/day
• Vehicle Allowance: $1,800/month
• Mobilization/Demobilization: $1,500 each
