General Laborer – Solar Farm (Contract)

You’ll play an important role in maintaining a utility-scale solar facility by keeping the site clean, safe, and accessible. Every day brings a variety of hands-on work that directly supports renewable energy operations.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Perform weed abatement, mowing, trimming, and general vegetation management throughout the solar facility.
• Operate string trimmers, mowers, hand tools, and other landscaping equipment safely.
• Assist with shoveling, grading, and maintaining gravel access roads.
• Perform general labor tasks to support daily site operations and maintenance activities.
• Keep the worksite clean, organized, and free of hazards.
• Follow all safety procedures and work effectively as part of the site team.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience performing outdoor general labor, landscaping, construction, agriculture, or similar hands-on work.
• Comfortable working outside in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to safely operate common landscaping equipment and hand tools.
• Reliable, dependable, and safety-focused.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding work throughout the day.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
