If you’re already comfortable reading drawings, tracking the details, and keeping a project moving, the next step isn’t another year of doing one small piece of the job. It’s learning how the whole thing gets built.

You’ll work alongside experienced Project Managers and Superintendents on commercial construction projects across sectors including industrial, healthcare, retail, technology and mission-critical work. You’ll split your time between the office and the field, getting exposure to the decisions that actually drive a project.

You’ll get your hands on preconstruction, buyout, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, RFIs, submittals, change orders, cost tracking, procurement and closeout. You’ll review drawings and scopes, sit in on meetings with owners and subcontractors, track long-lead materials, spot problems early and help the team solve them.

The point isn’t to keep you busy with paperwork. It’s to teach you how to run projects.

The role is based in Charlotte, NC, with a $60K–$75K salary range.

You might be a fit if you have roughly 2-5+ years in commercial construction, know your way around drawings and specifications, understand scheduling and cost control, and actually want to grow into project leadership. Procore experience is helpful, but the bigger thing is that you’re organized, proactive and accountable.

Pay: $60,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
