You know the difference between managing a project and making an entire portfolio perform.

If you’ve spent years bringing structure to complex programs, aligning stakeholders, and catching problems before they become executive-level surprises, here’s an opportunity to put that experience to work.

Per Sé Group is looking for an Integrated Project Management Office (IPMO) Lead / Senior Program Manager to oversee project governance, portfolio coordination, and execution for a large corporate enterprise in Beaverton, Oregon.

This is a role where your ability to connect the dots across multiple projects matters just as much as your ability to deliver results.

What you’ll take ownership of:

  • Lead an integrated PMO overseeing multiple concurrent projects and business functions.
  • Establish governance standards that bring consistency, accountability, and visibility across the portfolio.
  • Keep budgets, schedules, milestones, and deliverables aligned with business priorities.
  • Build portfolio dashboards and executive reports that turn complex project data into actionable decisions.
  • Identify resource constraints, project dependencies, and execution risks before they derail progress.
  • Partner with project managers, consultants, and senior stakeholders to resolve challenges and drive results.
  • Guide PMO personnel and strengthen project management practices across the organization.

What makes this opportunity worth a conversation?

You’ll earn $90–$95/hour on a contract expected to run from November 30, 2026, through November 30, 2027, with a 40-hour workweek.

You’ll work at the portfolio level, bringing structure and direction to a complex enterprise environment while engaging directly with leadership.

You’ll fit right in if you’ve led a PMO or managed complex programs, know how to balance financial oversight with execution, and can hold cross-functional teams accountable without getting buried in process.

Experience in corporate real estate, commercial office fit-outs, or heavy industrial projects is especially relevant.

Interested in knowing more? Let’s talk about the portfolio, the leadership team, and what you’d be stepping into before you decide whether it’s the right move.
