A coordinated BIM model is one thing. Making sure it actually works when construction and fabrication begin? That’s where your expertise makes the difference.

If you understand how design decisions impact constructability, fabrication, and field installation, here’s an opportunity to take ownership of the entire VDC process, not just one piece of it.

Per Sé Group is looking for a VDC Project Manager who can connect the digital plan to what’s happening in the field, keeping teams aligned from design through installation.

What you’ll do:

• Own the BIM Execution Plan, defining VDC scope, deliverables, and execution strategy.
• Lead VDC coordination across design, construction, fabrication, and installation.
• Build and manage VDC budgets, resource plans, schedules, and forecasts.
• Work directly with operations, design teams, and fabrication shops to keep deliverables aligned with construction needs.
• Coordinate constructability reviews, model management, and prefabrication planning.
• Identify coordination issues early, resolve roadblocks, and manage RFIs and change orders.
• Guide VDC team priorities while improving BIM workflows, tools, and processes.

What you get:

• $90,000–$130,000 annually in a direct-hire position.
• Ownership of VDC delivery throughout the project lifecycle.

You’re comfortable owning BIM execution plans, coordinating multiple teams, managing project budgets and schedules, and making decisions when priorities compete.

You know how to communicate with both technical teams and field operations, and you take pride in seeing your planning translate into successful execution.
