Some Assistant PM roles have you updating RFIs and chasing submittals.

This isn’t one of them.

You’ll help keep one of North America’s largest corporate capital programs moving by owning schedules, project controls, executive reporting, and the details that keep dozens of projects on track. If you enjoy bringing order to complexity and want to grow into a Project Manager role, this is the kind of experience that gets you there.

You’ll spend your time:

  • Owning Microsoft Project schedules across multiple active construction and infrastructure projects.
  • Capturing milestones, risks, decisions, and schedule changes from recurring project meetings.
  • Producing executive-level dashboards, reports, and project summaries.
  • Coordinating documentation, meeting minutes, action items, and project communication.
  • Tracking budgets, procurement milestones, and overall project health.
  • Working alongside Senior Project Managers to identify schedule impacts before they become client issues.
  • Partnering with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders across multiple corporate campuses while helping improve reporting through AI and modern project tools.

What you get:

  • $45–50/hour.
  • Hybrid schedule with occasional site visits.
  • Experience supporting one of the largest corporate real estate portfolios in North America.
  • Mentorship from experienced Senior Project Managers who are invested in your growth.
  • Exposure to enterprise-level capital programs instead of a single construction project.
  • A clear path toward owning meetings, leading projects, and stepping into Project Manager responsibilities.

You’re someone who enjoys being the person everyone depends on for accurate information. You stay organized when priorities shift, communicate proactively, and catch issues before they become problems. You already have experience supporting construction or capital projects, understand project controls and scheduling, and are comfortable working with Microsoft Project, Excel, and modern project management platforms.

Want to know what the projects look like or how this team operates? Reach out. Happy to share the details so you can decide if it’s worth exploring.
